Excellent! Not only was this a good piece of fanfiction, but you adhered to every detail pertaining to the little hints Kenneth Oppel gave us about Marina's colony. You certainly did your homework!
Nice work, too, with the names. Kenneth Oppel seems to take quite a few of his character names from Greek mythology (Achilles), as well as many other pieces of literature (Cassiel), , with the occasional descriptive word (Goth). The names (Demeter, Merlin, Gabriel, Aura, etc) all keep with the dreamy feel of Oppel's work. Kudos!

Seriously, no one would watch the show if Shade was a tiny, weak-lookin' runt! I happen to like how they made Shade and Marina look like teens!

Really, this is the first Silverwing fic I ever saw here on FFNET (or anywhere else for that matter.) and it rocks! I still have to read the rest of the sotry, but so far, it's pretty darn good.
