| Nonsequitur 2003-05-27 ch 1, anon. | abuseAh, another nice story by Skittles. I've enjoyed many of your stories, Inuyasha, Saint Tail, Fruits Basket and so on. I think this one could still use a little polishing maybe, but I liked the overall feel. It is similar to certain scenes in the series, such as what you referred to in Kyou's sounding like Tohru. There is that same odd use of a seeming nonsequitur in a comparison or metaphor that neverthless on closer examination really works and is, in the end, quite touching in its meaning. I love Neosporin by the way, that stuff is great! Did you know that if you put a light amount rubbed into the skin on your face after washing and before you go to bed that it not only moisturizes your face but it also helps get rid of zits quicker? The red ones go down over night and even some of the ones under the skin will be reduced so that they come to the surface easier and without so much pain. Old ones heal up faster too! Not only that but it won't make your pillow greasy. You don't need all that much either, just a dab and rub it in. =P Just had to share that. |
