I love your seasons 3 and 4 - how I wish they had actually happened *sigh* I know you haven't written any more in a couple of years but I thought I'd tell you how great they were all the same. If you ever do decided to continue then I'll be sure to read :D

I'd leave a longer review but I'm short on time.
Firstly, you must know I am very proud of you. And secondly, I love how you're doing all these things I felt we missed out on in season 3. I always thought Rory and Jess' relationship could work well to be some sort of... SOMETHING. Perhaps catalyst, but maybe not, between Lorelai and Luke. Hey, their "kids" are dating. Not only that, but these 18 year olds have this desperate sort of passion. And here they are, 36 and 36+ and still don't have it. And how I would've liked to have seen a Richard/Jess scene for real. Oh, and a Christopher one too... I'll leave that up to you though. ok, I finally got a chance to read it. I love it. I really do. This part made me laugh out loud so hard that tears started rolling down my cheeks

Emily: Richard and I love New York. Although there was one time we were visiting there when a bunch of ruffians ripped off my purse.

I thought it was great how everything played out at the party, but I thought Emily and Richard were a little too harsh. I found it odd considering how you feel about them. But it was good.
I wish I understood the signifigance of the present, but other then the fact that it Hemmingway wrote it when he was 18..I don't get it. Maybe you can explain it to me.
Also, I wish we would have seen a little more of the Rory/Jess making up. Cause to be honest, I had a hard time following what wasn't said. I like how you did it in the sence that it was from Luke and Lorelai's pov, but still, showing the beginning of the convo would have been nice. Cause, like I said, I couldn't follow the thought process that led from the fight to the making out make up.


my honest opinion? (and please don't read into to this because you know that I love you and I know that you know that. and you also know that I think you are the most talented writer and I couldn't do anything without you...)
Its the Buffy fanalie all over again. Great for someone else...but I think you could do better.

This chapter was excellent. The way you write the clashing of Rory's two worlds is exceptional and unparalleled. Every line in here is believeable; it's like you stole ASP's brain for a while and wrote these episodes.

I'm sure this break from writing was a hard choice to make, and I can only hope for a very quick return. Thank you for notifying your fans of an absence, so they aren't waiting by their computers. The things that gives me most comfort is you do plan to finish eventually. Thanks of course of the P.S. in your A/Ns. They are quite undeserved, in my opinion. You know how I feel, but it doesn't get said enough. You are by far one of the most talented writers that I've ever had the honor of working with. And whats more, I consider it a true privilage to be your friend as well.
You all know that she is extremly talented, but for those of you who don't know Stew as I do, let me tell you that she is also humble beyond words. She doesn't understand how wonderful of a writer she is. But even more then that (and thats saying a lot) she is an amaisng friend who is extrodinaraly dedicated not only to her friends, but to the work that she chooses to undertake. The decision to break, is..I know a very very difficult one for her to make for a lot of reasons, least of which is her loyalty to me and the 2 fics that we were working on. (one of which I refuse to do without her, so it will have to wait until Stew is is up to returning).
While my disapointment that you have to break cannot be measured in words, I respect your decision and the reasons behind it. I can only hope that you will return one day very soon. The fanfic world is far better for you being in it.
