I really do wish you would update your stories, especially this one. Disease is a long time favorite of mine, and I so wish you would finish its sequel. *sigh*

You are so mean to leave us at this point. I read both 'Disease' and what you have of 'Ariels' all last night and this morning. You had me ignoring studying for my final exam for these damn stories!! I expect to see an update and I expect to see one soon! If you don't... I will find you and duct tape you to a chair and make you write, all the while hovering a running chainsaw over your head!!

I love these stories and I'm dying--itching--to read more. I must insist that you keep working on this story. For my sake, if not for the sake of all your other readers, please don't leave us hanging.

Nevermind... I just wanted to tell you, I've read both 'disease' and it's sequel, Ariels. They are fantastic piece of work, really. I'm not used to your style of writing, but hell if I don't like it! I really do.

But... well, I know it's a bit hopeless after a story is on hold for so long, but do you think you will update it ever again? Because I'll really love to know how all this finishes...

I don't want to like this. It's painful and messy and I physically cringe when I read this, but there's a kind of beauty to it and I can't turn away. So, yes, I don't *want* to like this, but I find myself liking it anyway. The characters are all so damaged and happily ever after is a lie anyway but there is a fascination with the trainwreck that is happening in a way that has nothing to do with morbidness and everything to do with realism. Everyone is scarred and hurting and the lies are at once both better and worse than the truth they seek to obscure, but it's real in a way I'm really not comfortable with. With that said, that you've managed to evoke this response speaks highly of your skill as an author.

Excellent!! You actually made me feel sympathy for Naraku, even if he is an evil bastard. I read Disease earlier, just got through this one, and since it doesn't look like it is going to be updated, judging by the hiatus, want to thank you for some excellent writing and then probably go read everything else you have posted. I hope you have branched into non-fanfiction writing, it looked like you had from your profile, you're quite good at it. Your characterizations are just so interesting; again, I like the Kagome. Thanks again!

I'm still waiting for you to continue this story. You said you wouldn't give up on it, and you're still writing fanfiction, so I know theres still hope. You can't be that cruel..right? Xd

WTF?! Naraku...i think this story has definitely increased my hate for him!! HE is soo ** sadistic...I swear it should be illegal to be that evil!! Anyway, the plot is soo friggin awesome and its written really really well!! I immensely enjoyed the rocky road of their relationship and how deeply rooted to each other they are!! I think it turlly shows who the characters are!! Keep up the good work!!

Aa-and was there any reason this was never updated? Because it's too spectacular to just leave it as it is. A fantastic story, and one of the best-written fics I've seen in ages. A wonderful sequel. I particularly love the way it's difficult to hate any of the characters, and even Naraku gains some empathy from the reader. I really, truly hope you pick this up again and grace us with an update. I'd like to see what you had planned for it. Good luck!

You're KILLING ME! *weep*

I suppose you've long since grown bored with this story and everything with it...but I need to let you know. For one thing, you break my heart to have not ended it, lol. Man. I'm seriously wanting to throttle my laptop now. XD

But in all seriousness. I began reading 'Disease' because I was bored. REALLY bored. Before yesterday, I was SO anti SessyxKag you wouldn't believe it. I thought it was a retarded pairing and I couldn't fathom it. But, I decided to read yours...because Sesshoumaru is ** hot. Thats the only reason. XD

I began in boredom, facepalming and groaning at that first few chapters. (Dont stop reading, please, lol) It was...rather out of character. Like, horribly. XD But, i kept reading because I was tired of writing myself and because I was terribly bored, again. By halfway through 'Disease', you had me. I was engrossed so completley that I stayed up until 5:30 am this morning reading it. To be awoken at 9 by my two-year old daughter.
I woke up, checked my email, and guess what next? Read this entire sequel. You just got better and better as you wrote, your style and your feel for the characters became more immense and great. By the time I finished this last chapter with its promise for an end (which, I then noted the date being October of '04) and felt I would cry. I was so wrapped up in your story for the last two days that I was toting my laptop around with me everywhere while I tended my daughter, made her food, smoked a cigarette, and hardly refrained from taking it in the bathroom with me.
If, someday, you pick this back up, I hope I find it again. Right now I wish so badly to see the ending you had envisioned, but being a writer myself I know when you just lose interest. But I sincerely hope you continue some day out of boredom, if nothing else. ;)

Yes, I probably sounded silly this whole time, being a 21 year old adult woman over a story, but I'm a silly girl like that. ;)
