| KitsuneOverlord 2007-11-12 ch 3, | abuseHmm... This is a pretty good fic, though some areas in it are a tad to dark for my tastes. Still, its a good fic! I hope to see more! So far I can see, it looks like it will be a Ryoko/Ranma pairing. There is one problem about that pairing though. Ryoko is created from Washuu's DNA and Masu DNA. Washuu is a super-dimensional being, an immortal of extreme power (at least until she sealed away most of her power and her memories...) and so far I know, the Masu (it is never specified exactly just what the Masu really are, only some of their abilities are mentioned) are either immortal or possesses extreme longevity (lifespan). Ryoko is immortal. Ranma is not. This poses a problem, now doesn't it? Even with the use of Ki, Ranma is unlikely (unless he manages to create somekind of immortality technique) to live past three or four centuries... I doubt Ryoko would be happy if Ranma withered away after such a short time together (for something that is likely going to live for several millenia, a few centuries is nothing). I wonder how you will solve this problem if Ranma isn't a Juraian. Maybe he's the secret child of Tsunami or Tokimi... Keep up the good work! |

Washu stays in child form because her previous child and husband were taken from her for political reasons. If she wasn't staying out of the matter, she'd be threatening to nuke Jurai for their refusal to allow Tenchi and Ryoko to be together. 2. Even if she did just see Ryoko as an experiment, she would never damage one of her masterpieces. 3. As revealed in the third OAV series, Washuu is one of the three goddesses who created the universe and her gems are her sealed power and godhood. Ryoko will most likely become a demigoddess or full goddess in her own right some day and she is truly immortal. (As is Tenchi, for that matter. He's one of the three goddesses attempts to create something greater than themselves, though he's far too young to access his full power.) |
