1} Vegeta (in my opinion mind you) would first seek out Bulma's killer and put him through a long and torturous death. Several times over if possible
2} Although creative licence is basically law here, I dont know of a single knife that would cut a Sayien (aside from Trunks's sword)
Other than those really minor points, I applude the story and the effort from it's writer
