Sci F.I. Warper 1/29/13 . chapter 1Why in the name of all that is good on this green Earth was that scene not in the movie?! Oh my god this is brilliant! I would never in a million years have thought to connect the two events, but you...that's it, you're officially my favorite X-men writer, EVER! |
elwren75 10/23/10 . chapter 1:) This was suspenseful and sweet. I'm glad you took the time to write about it (even if you don't like the character). It was a great joke. Thanks for sharing! |

Taisi 2/8/09 . chapter 1How adorable! It's so true that as long as Logan is anywhere nearby, Rogue'll have nothing to fear. I love how protective he is of her. xD |
SongbirdGK 11/15/08 . chapter 1After all the crap and personal fantasy some of the authors around here stir into the characters, you are a breath of fresh air, I can tell ya. You seem to have a good grasp of the characters as People, not just an excuse to vent hormonal stress. And I am eternally grateful for it. _ What really caught me offguard about that, though, is that I got halfway through the story before I realized that I hadn't even read the summary. That NEVER happens! I'm always edgy about fic taking some violently OOC turn or being hardly recognizable as from the same author... but after reading "Hand and Glove" (which I LOVED, BTW), I think you got me very comfortable with your writing, in the sense that I didn't have to be jumpy about scrolling down and burning my little sister's eyes, etc. So basically, thank you. Oh yeah! And this story - very cute. I'm definitely off to take a look at more of your stuff. _ |
Jimmy Candlestick 10/11/08 . chapter 1aw...just ran across this. loved it. |
cindy 9/14/07 . chapter 1 I truly enjoyed your story and am happy you wrote it. I was kind of mad that they hadn't included more one on one scenes with Logan and Rogue during X2, so your idea was welcome and refreshing and very funny. It was perfect how you used that line from X1 to reinforce the close relationship that the two of them shared that I think the writer's didn't really build upon in the other two movies. It also explains why Rogue wasn't more upset about them having to work with Magneto. I mean, he had KILLED her in the first movie, but luckily Logan brought her back. So thank you for writing this. |
SpaceRoses 11/30/06 . chapter 1Why is it that when you are the most stressed out that you laugh at things that under normal circumstances wouldn't be funny at all? Really nice story and I love how you only had one line of dialouge in the whole story. One line was all it needed and everything else could be said with your wonderful disriptions. Great job! |
Nobodyknowsmenow 2/15/06 . chapter 1Aw- good one! I liked! |
Sakura123 1/3/05 . chapter 1That's what my parents always told me. I never really took heed to their advice until I hit my head on the back of my dad's car seat (that hurt like hell), and Ironically it was a little bit after I saw X-men too. I loved the way you wrote this, Rouge's point of view was exactly the way a person after going through an ordeal such as the oen she went through would think; not so much as disjointed, but confused and thinking all things at once (at least that's how my interpretation of it is). Nicely done! Sakura123 |
Raven Aorla 10/23/04 . chapter 1That's in, you're on my Favs list. |
