Good work. You did a great job of intertwining Buffyverse magic with some of the unknown plotpoints in Harry Potter.

I really enjoyed this. I've always loved Buffy the Vampire Slayer, and to see a good crossover with the MWPP era is rare. You write the characters exceptionally well. This was brilliant to read.

for once ethan could have told the truth. sigh, it is in charactor and doing somthing like that would have changed the entire series but it still would have been interesting.

I have a simple solution. She uses the ritual on James and he acts as their secret keeper. An unkillable secret keeper who'd never betray you under the worst circumstances would be worth quite a bit.

That was absolutely fantastic. This is actually the second time I've read this fic, and, despite knowing the storyline I still couldn't walk away until it was over. I love how you connected the McKinnon's deaths to Sirius' fear that he would betray the Potters, and I loved Trelawny's vision. Your writing is absolutely beautiful, your Lily was one of the best I've ever read, and your description of Halloween night worked perfectly to tie up all of the loose ends that still exist in canon. Excellent, excellent work

I love the combination of Slayer world and HP world. I thought it was amazing how you managed to explain the first downfall of Voldemort.

One of the most plausible and well-written BtVS/Harry Potter crossovers I've ever seen. Giles was the perfect person to use as the medium between both universes - British enough, open-minded enough, and, simply, nice enough. The plot was well done - when a story can hold your interest even though you know exactly who's going to betray who and why and when, it's got to be really good.
The two most outstanding moments of this fic were the prophecy - excellent play of words there, merging the Willow and Xander story with Lily and James Potter's - and Giles singing Led Zeppelin (and everything else!) to baby Harry. It was so - there. Classic, really.
Anyway ... really enjoyed it. Great work. Detail, characterisation, nothing overly sentimental - great work.

This story is so brilliant. you've matched the pieces of each universe perfectly with the other like an unsolvable puzzle. I like the way you handled the characters wonderfully and there are no annoying innuendos from each. (like those james and lily moments so many author's tend to... exaggerate. this fic is a an amazing breath of fresh air in hp/btvs fandom) I love how you ended the story and how each pace was intricately woven with the next. I love how your scenes seem in par with both universes and how it melded to each other as one. The epilogue though seems a bit rushed. the beginning lost most your usual generous giving of detail about their surroundings but the conversations and meetings between remus and giles were brilliant. very amazing. the drama scenes were beautiful without hint of the usual blubbering nonsense that are suppose to invoke feelings from the readers but turn out to be trash. your comedic intervals in each part were very funny and the relationship of the potter family between each other and the friendships and relationships of all the characters (sirius, remus..) were lovely. I'm sure ppl tempted you to write a sequel. you must with this high in calibre of writing. we just wish you don't fall in that usual hollywood mistake of their seconds not living up to the first. (these are one out of the less than 8 reviews i've given in the last 4 years of any story i've read even the illustrious cassandra claire which i have given none. it kind of takes the wind out of my sails a bit) :)
