| J 2007-12-30 ch 1, anon. | abuseAnother beautiful fic. Love the closure you give to the hangy-off-ness of the end of Chosen. |
| banduraqueen 2006-02-24 ch 1, | abuseAwesome story. I LOVE Buffy's bus dream. Makes me smile :). And the characterizations are all perfect. |
| Amelia Incognita 2005-12-28 ch 1, | abuseIt isn't random--it's perfect. I love it. Thank you. ~a.i. |
| Joe 2004-10-29 ch 1, anon. | abuseWow, This is probably the best post chosen story I have ever read. If you can keep it up in this vein I would really enjoy reading it. Thanks |
| hjdevnull 2004-07-21 ch 1, | abuseI love the Warren and Tara -- the meta is so meta it hurts! Wondermous. I like this story, it's very good. Very good indeed. |
| Leanne8582 2004-02-06 ch 1, | abuseI loved your story. And I completely agree with your choices for the Scoobies worst moments. I think you hit a nice balance between plot and reflection with this fic. Good job. |
| buffy4coffee 2004-01-05 ch 1, anon. | abuseyou write the best post-chosen fanfic i have ever read. It seems like something joss might write. such a great story! |
| Sayra Louise 2003-09-21 ch 1, | abuseI don't think that your choices for worst thing the Scoobs had done was that skewed. I mean isn't it the way you treat the people you love or the people who love you that define you? In that case its when the Scoobs do something that you CAN'T explain away as magic and hellmouth related that is their worst behaviour. I'm not sure that makes sense but I think you can get the gist of it. *Smile*. I liked. S. |
| Nikitangel 2003-08-26 ch 1, | abuseAgain, I like what you've done with this. Serious and hopeful and feel-good and reflective and accurate and possible. |
| Shaylee 2003-08-12 ch 1, anon. | abuseThe story was excellant! not much more i can say. |
| rachel 2003-07-11 ch 1, anon. | abuseIt's nice to find something at ff.net that's actually worth reading. I'm really enjoying your stories. Just one thing that made me puzzled, though: "They hit Yellowstone, the Grand Canyon, the Alamo. Saw a whole lot of nothing in Wyoming, potato fields in Idaho, Death Valley in Nevada." Are they going to these places in this order on purpose? Why? I'ts just a minor quibble, though. BTW, I think Queen Boadicea is wrong, and that Buffy and Spike's relationship was romantic. Not hearts-and-flowers romantic, but Wuthering Heights romantic. |
| Dlgood 2003-07-09 ch 1, | abuseA great chapter about the need for the gang to move beyond the baggage they've brought out of Sunnydale, and to come to terms with themselves. I could see how Buffy would view beating up Spike in the alley as a terrible moment. But that he loved her, or that it was Spike at all, I don't think played a part in why she felt so awful about it. Honestly, without Spike's prodding and manipulation, she never would have let loose on him. It's probably more so because it's a moment where she was turning into everything she saw go wrong with Faith. Great scoobiage. |
| HonorH 2003-06-09 ch 1, | abuseExcellent, excellent work. I liked your choices for "worst moments". I think those *would* be the moments that bothered the Scoobies the most--Willow invading Tara's mind when she knew Tara's Issues with such things; Buffy totally losing control and knowing that if she'd done that with a human, they'd be dead; and Xander thoughtlessly hurting Anya when she'd just been being herself. I also like the way the confessional helps them to grow together. No more illusions, just a new start. It's hopeful, and that was what the last episode was about: hope. |
| Lindsay 2003-06-08 ch 1, anon. | abuseBuffy's attitude during pretty much all of season 6 was completely disgusting. She could always be somewhat annoying at times, but never before had she been so horribly unlikeable. And Xander always treating Anya like she was an embarassment and leaving her at the alter like a little coward ** and then still proclaiming his love for her. Whatever. And stupid Willow developing a magic addiction and messing with Tara's mind. They were all so damn selfish it was unbelievable! |
| Queen Boadicea 2003-06-08 ch 1, | abuseYou call that twisted, psychotic deal she had with Spike back then a "romantic" relationship? Oh dear. |
