Ah! Poor Kenshin! I loved it though. You had me majorly angsting! Keep up the good work. Maybe you could write a second chapter to this, pretty much a reflection of his life since he met Kaoru and how she impacted his life. That would be some pretty good angst if you ask me. So far its working for me. I'm currently writing a deathfic and its turning out well. People like the whole emotional suffering -we must be sick and twisted or something, I don't know- but you don't have to do anything if you don't want to. I hope my suggestions were helpful!

You know... when this happened in the anime at first, I *seriously* thought Kaoru had been killed off. I'm not exactly all that fond of her character, but I don't mind her. I was glad she was killed off, but then gosh darn, we had to go and find out it was just an elaborate doll. More is the pity.

It wasn't bad by the way... I think you could have done more with it... and expanded upon the idea, made it longer. If you had been more descriptive I think it would have been better. Heh... Kenshin fell into that complete state of shock after seeing Kaoru dead... I loved that! ^.^ Anyway... ja!

well, not bad, I think you should have gotten a better score on ur exam though, even if it was a little short, i still like it, u should keep going.
