I'd say the murderer is a student from Furinkan 'cause not many people know Gosunkugi. That'd leave Kuno, Ukyo, Miss Hinako, Hiroshi, Daisuke, Yuka, Sayuri... Kodachi, maybe?

Damn it, there go my three principal suspects. It can't be Kasumi 'cause the murderer talked with her. It can't be Ryouga (even if it sounds like Ryouga) 'cause the murderer still has hands after the rain. And it can't be Ranma 'cause he'd never call Kasumi «Tendo-san» without it sounding suspicious.

Umm... you left one of your outline notes in the story. Right at the start of the last scene. It kind of ruins the surprise too, so you should get rid of it quick.

I still say it is Ranko. The killer says they wish to reveal they did it all for a certain person.

I am working on the belief that after seeing how her male side was always treated, and after her friend Akane malleted her out of the room because she was scared, seeing them all attack Ranma for no reason and being unable to stop it may have finally driven her over the edge.

To be honest, I was planning on doing a story like that, where Ranko struggled to become seperate from Ranma to take him away from all the pain.

If I am wrong, let me know. I believe I am right judging by how she acted when that one woman touched her, who I am guessing was Nodoka, as she is a person Ranma would fear and would be an obstacle to her and Ranma's happiness.

Ok, I guess this means Kodachi and Happosai are now dead. I am still leaning towards it being Ranko.

Ok, from this chapter, I know it's not Kuno. The bokken was a dead give away.

We know the killer wasn't Ryoga, Mousse, or Shampoo because when it rained, they still were human.

The hidden truth of the dead soul means it was someone everyone thought of as innocent, so it is either Nabiki or more likely, Akane.

I doubt it was one of the fiancee brigade, as even Ukyo would be more worried about Ranma than how she enjoyed the killing.

So I am going to go with my first guess when I read chapter 3. I am going to take a guess that it is Ranko. The uncontrolled spasms might be Ranma trying to reassert himself. I will read on and see if I am right.

As for my guesses, the victim for some reason I think is Akane (dont ask why its just one of those ideas that you get and wont let go). As for the killer, havnt a clue (think it might be one of the fiancee's though). Poor Kodachi though

Well, Ranma's definitely not the killer. He wouldn't have been shopping, and he wouldn't have called Kasumi "Tendo-san". But doesn't Tofu always go nuts around Kasumi? It could still be him, if he went nuts and attacked someone by accident the first time. It might be Ryoga, since you're mentioned headgear in your hint, except for the problem of him getting lost. The victim...I don't think it can be Ranma, since he would most likely have been strong enough to survive, though he would have had trouble if Ryoga was doing to strangling. Nobody is really strong enough to kill Ranma without using extreme trickery and no martial arts (bombs, etc.). Ryoga also wouldn't be waking up on a bed, because he technically doesn't have one. He wonders around too much. Also, Kodachi wouldn't have called Ranma a 'common peasant', and his girl form is ruled out since Kodachi calls her "red-haired harridan". Also, Ranma wears Chinese slippers. Those are noiseless. It can't be Kodachi, Kuno, Kasumi, Soun (heard by killer), Happosai (killer surprised by bomb thrown), Cologne (doesn't walk on the ground), and Gosunkagi. Nodoka...couldn't be her. She calls Kasumi by her name, and wouldn't be mistaken as a panty thief. Kasumi also calls her 'Auntie'. Pantyhose Tarou wouldn't have a bed in Nerima, since he doesn't live there, so that rules him out. That narrows it down to Genma, Ukyo, Shampoo, Konatsu, Hinako, and Principal Kuno. Kodachi getting in the way...I think the killer is most likely Genma, and the victim is likely to be Nodoka. Maybe. My detective skills aren't the best.

And i'm kinda begging to think the person she/he killed was a boy scince they kept calling them a basterd.. but since kuno was crying over them and calling them a 'pure sole' it seems like a girl...
