this fic is so achingly depressing. very well written though,it almost makes you feel like your there. i wish remus was less of a fanatic here, i get the whole need for redemption though. this fic makes me happy i dont believe in love, and god, even if it doesnt leave me much to live for. lol. very good fic.

I don't make a habit of reviewing stories, mainly because I can never do the stories justice and another 'I love it' would just be a waste of pixles, but for this one I am making an exception.

I've read your other stories and I think you are one of the needles in the haystack that is Harry Potter fan-fiction. But this story has a bit more power for me than the more 'normal' stories.

You talk about the relationship between the strict zealous Christians, not just RCs, and those who are 'different' as if you have intimate knowledge of it. I'm glad to say I have, so far, managed to aviod the fanatics that would try to 'cure' me, or 'convert' me, or a number of other things, but this story has that bit more power because I know that maybe one day I could be that tortured soul.

This is so haunting, brilliant.

That is one of the best things I have ever read, and I'm not simply speaking of fanfiction. This piece is beautiful, a work of art...the emotions are so real, painful, aching. Lupin and Black's relationship is so horribly wrong, and yet their love is strong and will always be so. Not many works can make me feel sad, truly wishing things were different. Somehow, though, your's always do.
