I'm sorry if I sound rude, but when reading through this chapter, it feels very rushed. The idea you present is interesting, but I think the final product degrades that. I think that in that state, you do not portray Eike's motivation, his reasoning for summoning Homunculus, very well. It appears sketchy, and a bit contradictory in places. I don't think that the higher rated fiction suits this pairing, although if the storyline calls for it, and it is written well, exceptions can be made. I am not against higher-rated fiction by any means; I do read a good amount of NC-17 fiction, although I do not write it. Of course, you do not have to take my advice, and I will not enforce it upon you. But should you consider rewriting this part; I can give you the URL of a forum where I know of a few SoD fans who would be willing to assist you in beta-reading. ~ Shido
