Stoner 2004-10-27 ch 22, anon.	abuseAh c'amon, is this really the way you're gonna end this fic? Rogue and Bobby alive with the unbearable feelings of survivor's guilt? Jean gone, taken over completely by the Phoenix? Xavier dying as a jacka$$, no to oppose Magneto, Logan and the rest dead from the explusion, and Ororo dead from a suicide? It just, YOU just can't end it like this! This is one of the best Ro/Lo fics, especially with the Ultimate line, that I've ever read. I mean, don't get me wrong, I know life's harsh and not everyone will live through bad experiences, but come on! You can't end this fic like this, it had such promise when I began to read it last night to complete all the following day to THIS ending. Well, that's all I'll say, its your story and you can do whatcha want, but I'll just give you my opinion, it shouldn't have ended like this. (If this in fact the last chapter, which I hope deep down is not.)

Many books have left me in a state where I think about the ending for hours afterward, and this fic is going to be the same way. I'm just blown completely away. Man, I love that.
IMHO Nienna 2004-07-14 ch 22,	abuseWhat? What? What? What? What? What? Wow! What a freaking unexpected ending! You've really made me wonder what really happened here! Like, did the phoenix give her some kind of dream there in the end when she took the pills to take away her guilt before she passed or was Wolverine really there? I'm thinking he wasn't because he wouldn't have let her die. But then the ending makes me wonder if they weren't alive like Wolvie said in the end. Cause if they are and the flaming bird everyone keeps seeing is always around Storm then maybe Jean can save Storm somehow? But that last line pretty much says it all. Okay, enough thinking already! I liked this story with all it's twists and turns and even the ending. Ciao.
