I see you go a bit of time between updates...no worries...never too late to finish a fic:) Like your story so far...love when Neil acts like a shy boy with a crush *sigh*. My fav part of the fic is having Our Lord be front and center...I mean really, how could anyone make it through without Him?

You did a good job at keeping Neil misled about Christy and David for awhile...his poor heart has been pushed and pulled around so often. I loved the awesome reaction to someone accepting Christ...esp Margaret...I can imagine the joy Alice felt. There is nothing like knowing a loved one is following Christ.

No! You don't understand. I just finished watching the series on DVD. You cannot leave this unfinished too! Your writing is fantastic! And I can really imagine all of the actors while I'm reading it. You're so close to being done, just throw Christy and Neil together and have them kiss at least once. That's all I'm asking for. I must have my Chrsity/Neil happy ending!

Well I can see by the time stamp that you haven't updated this story in a long time. You must. There are no two ways about it. You HAVE to. Soon. I felt like I was back in the tv show with this fic. Even- dare I say it- back in the book.

You have captured the spirit of Christy perfectly in this story. And you have captured the Christian spirit of the book, which is its heart and soul and which I think the show left out towards the end. I was most disappointed with the season finale(I watched the whole season in 2 days, just finishing a few hours ago, so it's fresh in my mind) but if it had gone on, it would have happened the way you wrote it here.

Plus, it even fits perfectly into the Christian romance section by having the non-believer get converted at the end :-P Oh the utter cornyness of most Christian romance. Good thing Christy is different Not that I wouldn't be happy to see Neil converted... I just think it's funny. You did his conversion so well though. Just perfect for his character and the way things were layed out.

I really hope you consider finishing this. 5 years is WAY too long to wait for an conclusion for Christy and Neil. Please?
