the story was very well written. it stayed faithful to both stories, and maintained the sad melencholoy that both animorphs and Highlander had. well written

Wow. This was an excellent story! I loved it. And I would definitely be interested in a sequel. A Gundam sequel would be really great (I would be so into it) but some people might not, so you might have to think about it for a bit. This story was so, so cool. Very creative.

Taylor did WHAT to Ax? Is that even... physically... possible... [Gets disgusting mental picture, runs to the bushes, and pukes] Somehow, I don't think that's part of interrogation. That's sick, even for her. I wonder if the human Taylor had known that someday, she'd do... what she did... to an alien, would she ever have volunteered? And what would Visser Three do if he knew about Taylor's brand of "questioning?" And what would any children of Ax and Taylor look like? Would they be able to survive? Human organs and Andalite organs probably wouldn't work together. A half-human, half-Andalite would probably spend his entire life on life support. Or the DNA would be incompatible, and there wouldn't be any. Also, since morphing uses DNA, can the morphing technology be passed down genetically? If it is, someday, all humans and all Andalites will be born morph-capable, and with all the morphs of all of their ancestors. I wonder if Taylor knew what she was doing.

Great story, though the Andalites coming and ending the war and sparing the good Yeerks was a bit too easy. The entire war solved in half a page. But since this is the end of the series, I guess it doesn't matter. I've never watched Highlander, any of the movies or a single episode, and so I don't know why "there can be only one." But someday Ax and Morgan will have to fight to the death, until one's head comes off. What then? Can they refuse to fight and there be two at the end? Or will more immortals keep being found, and there will never be only one because they surface as quickly as existing ones kill each other? And if that's so, how does the Game continue? It would be pointless.
