Appearently Ranma's new powers (besides being overly-dramatic) is the ability to disable Happosai, whaich he *might* just think it worth it.

No! it isn't Burin Burin, it's Tonde Burin, although the ending music does repeat 'Burin. Burin. Ai [a?] Burin!' a lot.

Its very amusing, largely because it's appaulingly bad. I wouldn;'t watch a dubbed version though. that would be (even more) horrible.
