Good, some description of the Matrix might have been nice, or possibly unecessery. Hits like a mallet, just maybe a bit unsubtle, but genuine and complete.

Absolutely wonderful. I'm wrestling with this idea of the original Matrix at the moment, and I love the way you've tackled it. Your prose is concise and a little jilted, which somehow fits what you're saying, like the narrator is trying to be individual by not quite flowing. Keep it up.
