Wow i read this story and it is very good but it reminds me of the Julie Garwood book called Ransam...I just finished the book and couldn't help noticing the simularitie...oh well i still like your story

I like your story and the plot is very familiar to me. Parts of it is similar to Julie Garwood's Story "The Secret" (I think that was the title) and then you added your own ideas. The result is very admirable. Love it.

A good read only question was what happened with the issue of the King. He saw something in Kaoru; I would imagine that he would ask and search and think she could be related. She could be his heir.

=) How so very sweet...and so lovely, too. I really did enjoy reading this. ^_^ Though it seemed kind of a pity when Kaoru threw the necklace away, it seemed to fit, and it teaches us lessons, too. For which I'm glad.

I'm sorry that Tomoe betrayed Kenshin...but at least Kenshin knows that he never loved her and that he actually loved Kaoru. How you wrote it seemed as if it could happen - how seeing your loved one with another might make you feel as if you love another when you really don't and are just in denial of your true love.

Wow, and I expected that the realization of his love for Kaoru would make him tender and gentle! Myabe that happens later but too late for those two!

How mean: Kenshin gets set up by Tomoe and sees Kaoru and Sou at the worst possible moment.

This story certainly has an intricate and interesting plot. I like the Kaoru and Kenshin interaction. I think you do a good job at keeping people guessing.

Interesting story. Igt was a shock in the beginning to have Kenshin take down Hiko. Glad Sou came to his senses before he had to get taken out.

I LOVED ALL OF IT. I could see it all happening, in my head...you know, where the special voices come from. All my favorite pairings, with the fantasy that I love in a story. Although it got a little Ceres-ish there a bit...hey, question. does the king use Kaoru as an heir?
