Actually, Harry never "murdered" anyone. He committed a "homicide". A murder is the unlawful killing of another. This killing must include malicious intent, otherwise it'd be a "manslaughter". A homicide is the accidental or justified (as in Harry's case) killing of a person. There's also more terms for different types of murder, such as mass murder (the killing of 4 or more people in one area).

Sorry, I'm taking classes in government and law right now and had to point that out.
