Fluency, characterization, and the depth were all there. I always love that. And all the digidestined characters from all the seasons being together was also another reason I liked this. I really like the plot twists and ironies you've placed in this chapter and how you tied the whole story together in this chapter. I'll be honest and admit that I didn't see those ironies and plot twists coming, and that says a lot. This story may not have any Digimon in it, but your story line and character and relationship developments surely makes up for that. Great inspirations and keep up the good work.
