I'm glad you didn't make any major cliffhanger: to tease too much your readers might lead to drastic situation and I'm sure you do not want any of us dying of:
a) heart attack resulting of the shock before a nasty cliffie
b) brain injury resulting of the stress and suspens such cliffies are bound to create
c) both

I will not take the bait! Elrohir cannot be dead! and you know why? Because there is simply too much chapters left for Elrohir to be dead! (I have to say I'm really relieved this story is complete!!)

I love your comment about Dacy's age!! At my first reading I thought she was hmm... let's say slightly older, and your previous comments about Elrohir charming manners make me laugh. I can just imagine the look that must have pass between our two searching elves (okay 1 3/4 elves ^^): total bewilderment and yet it was a bit expected!

Cliffie, cliffie it seems ^^.
I'm not really familiar with the timeline but is this dicease spreading all over Middle-Earth the same than the Great Plague that killed a king of Gondor and all his family (that is is The-Evil-that-is responsible for it?.
The dead village's scene make me thought of a part of a movie "Le Hussard Sur le Toit" in french version with Juliette Binoche, was it your inspiration? (this movie kind of really freaks me out, and your scene was quite impressive too)

good beginning! I have to admit it toke me a couple of minutes to figure why you called one of the twin "Ellahir" (I have to say I thought at first it was a typing mistake ^^).

Yeah! My favortite elves are better now and they didn't die. This was a great story. I felt so sorry for Elladan when he thought that his brother was dead. You had me really worried when Elladan was posioned, but Im glad he recovered. Another story to add to my favorites. Yeah!
