Interesting take on what happens unseen between the manga chapters. I always felt disappointed that Takahashi didn't include anything inbetween, considering the tramatic events they just went through. Your oneshot was very realistic and kept everyone (pretty much) in-character. Seeing Ranma get that over-protective seems very natural and part of cannon. I'm a little surprised how well Ryoga was able to keep himself in check, as well as Shampoo, but I suppose it is a testament to their gradual maturation. The ending seems up in the air, but that's because it has to fit with the rest of the manga, so I understand. Great for a one-shot. I hope you write more Ranma/Akane fics.

That was definitely interesting. I can't say I fgot the ending entirely though. I'm following the Ranma 1/2 series but have yet to get the last two volumes. That look... was it one of love? Sadness? Fear? Confusion? Dear me, I'm puzzled. It was certainly an interesting fic (I'm presuming that it's a one-shot) and I enjoyed it reasonably well. The grammar was most definitely understandable (thank all the deities out there for understandable grammar) and the characters were portrayed well. I liked it. Good luck to you with future works.

Blame the annoying logical part of my brain too but after all the camping they did, they could do so again. Okay, okay I admit its nicer for the reader to read that Ranma is concerned about Akane and her comfort (hey, I am an R/A fan!) so I'm going to say - on with the show...

Ah nostalgia. I havent read a ranma fic in years. But this makes me want to go look some up. I liked your portrayal of their characters, and the way you left a lot unsaid. Good job.

Hmm...quite nice. Maybe its not going to go "dodgy" afterwards. I would be interested in what your take would be on Ranma's reaction after he saved Akane during the Saffron battle. Most of the Ranma fics I read usually concentrated on the happenings after their delayed/cancelled marriage, this is actually the first time I would be reading something on their stay in China after the battle.

Interesting beginning...with Ranma taking charge rather than being charged at. Definitely interested to see what direction you decide to go with this.

I like this story. It works good with the ending which was great anyway, but this helps improve it.
