I figure you've given up on this story, and the entire fanfic thing. It happens!

But I figure that since I've read and enjoyed your story, i ought to review anyway. And hopefully this can serve as encouragement for anything that you ARE writing at the moment, original or not.

I liked the story, but I think that my favourite scene was the flash back with baby Harry. It shows Remus fabulously, and is very touching. Seriously, I'm about to go and look for more remus/baby Harry one-shots.

I just found your story - no update since September? Oh pretty pretty please? I really liked that touch about the wards not letting Dumbledork in - who knew, heh? It's nice to think the wards protect him no matter who made them, kinda like being at Hogwarts. You are going on my author alert list!

It's a shame this was never continued. It's terrific so far.

This is an interesting potrayal of Remus and
I especially liked the way you potrayed how much the poor man is tormented and how he seems to have a sense of duty to two different people.

I absolutely enjoyed this story. I would hope you would continue soon. :) Anyhow, I liked Fawkes, and I like that he approves of Remus. Fawkes seems the type to adore Harry, but that's just me. :)
Anyhow, I enjoy what you are doing, and I hope that you could elaborate on why Dumbledore is a threat. Heh, I really enjoy that Remus can get through the wards.
Ah... question, where is Hermione? I know that this is the summer time, but I still wonder about our witch genius.

Now where on earth is your next chapter deary? It says the last time you updated was 9/22/03. *Looks expectantly* I hope to see another chapter up soon! Its too good of a story to just leave like that.
I absolutely loved Remus' memory of baby Harry. Soo sweet. And the part in chapter two when Remus sees Dudley w/o a shirt and thinks his eyes will start to bleed ^_^
