Wow, this was good and so heartbreaking. I have never really thought about their relationship like this but it makes a lot of sense. I could so see this happening. This was so tragic but so well written!

Wow. Just wow. Nick and Nat were incredibly in character, and the tie-in to domestic violence was ingenious. I have to say, the optimistic part of me believe that seeing Nat would pull Nick out of whatever vampire-funk he's gotten himself into, but this is excellent portrayal of what would happen if it wasn't so. I should name you Ms. Parriot for that ending you've given us, but I can only say that it fit the emotional, hopeless tone of the piece. Great work!

Wow! I really love the angst and emotion you put into the story and how it ties into SoB at the end. I'll never be able to watch that ep again without thinking of this story.
