It's wonderfully written. Poetry is not many people's strong point ('many people' meaning myself included), so I'm overjoyed to see it worked flawlessly for you. p.s. Thanks so much for reviewing. | Countess Verona Dracula 2003-07-27 ch 1, | abuseThere were a couple awkward points (I'm sure you know where) but only due to too many syllables for the current 'beat.' I figured out that when one line has more syllables then the others in the stanza or poem/song it sounds awkward, but a good way to fix it is by using a shorter synonym or rewording it (with the same meaning to keep the original integrity) entirely. OTHERWISE IT IS THE BEST POEM I HAVE READ IN A VERY LONG TIME! I love how you explain the Bohemian ideals and incorporate lines from the movie! BRAVA! |
