Toboe LoneWolf 2003-08-15 ch 1,	abuseOh, a song ficcie. A new twist, even from other songs that I’ve seen on ff.net. nods I really like how this was set up. Most of the other songs / poems I’ve seen were just that – songs or poems. But this one takes a song and sorta has the character reminisce on it. Quotes of the song dispersed with the character’s views on that line, or the character’s life based on that line. And I can probably guess that it was really hard to pick exactly that perfect quote. Trust me, I’ve had to do it in English class and I’m doing it in my own fic. It’s hard to get the perfect line for whatever you’re writing. Great job at choosing the right lines; they matched really well with Kaze’s character. Speaking of Kaze’s character, winces MAJOR ouchies for my blue-eyed hero. This song-fic was like looking into the very depths of Kaze’s soul, where it still hurts and bleeds. Ouchie. I never knew he hurt this much, or even the pains he takes to hide that. Man, that negative Yami really got him this time. It’s sorta funny though — Kaiba is sorta portrayed as having a cold and hardened heart. So it’s surprising to see that Kaze actually has one, or at least, what’s hidden in it. Kaze’s heart is just buried beneath many, many layers. This was a powerfully written fic. Kudos to you; great job. Now Kaze is probably going to get overwhelmed by pity cards. I would send some as well, although I highly doubt he’d appreciate it.

I don't quite understand everything but that's because I haven't read your other stories yet. nervous laugh I'll try to start on them soon. And Mokuba's dead? sniffle Poor Seto. I saw the previous notes in your profile. Sorry that you lost your chapter. Retyping 20 pages definitely can't be fun! I hope you don't have any more problems like that! P.S. If you have time and need a few laughs, I've gotten 3 new chapters of "A Tale of Chess" up since your last review and should have chapter 12 done sometime later this month.

It's easy to see what is the lyrics and what is the story. Others song fics I've read are hard to figure out what are the lyrics. And the song fits Kaze perfectly. Still hasn't let go of Kaze I really liked this!

I mean, people don't die by standing next to me quite like that, and I've never had any family members die, much less all of them, but other than the fact that he's gone through more than me... We're really very much alike! ^_^ That's cool, in my opinion. But anyways, I don't care what you're writing, somehow it always turns out good. I've never actually heard the song "Change" but the lyrics sound like they fit. ^_^ Anyhows, see ya later!
