This was a good, solid effort. Nice little character-driven piece that fills in the gaps left by the series. Just one thing, though: Ken's hair is purple? Oh well, different tints for different TVs, I guess. :)

If you don't mind me saying so, this was a good story, but it seemed a bit too rushed at the end. Cody seemed too quick to forgive Ken for his deeds. I think you could have built the ending up a little more, put in some further dialogue. Other than that, it was a good premise and an interesting plot. o.o
