This is such a wonderful story! It's all so beautifully crafted and patient in its delivery. I hope against hope that you will continue it one day, but for now I guess I'll just have to settle with my own imagination.

I loved that last chapter with Severus' grandmother! So I'm hoping that Hermione has more moments with her with Severus present. Even though you haven't updated in a while and your profile page says its abandoned, I hope you come back to again! :-)

Very well done. A pity it's been set aside, but here's hoping you will come back to it ... someday. I like the way you gently explore house elves' attitudes to wizards.

I, like everyone else here, would really, really, really like you to continue this story! It's so unique and has so many great elements to it that it just seems such a waste to leave it at only 10 chapters! The potential for such an amazing story is so huge it's kind making my he's hurt. Not to say that it isn't already great, mind you, because it really is, but I know that at least speaking for myself, it almost literally feels as though someone kicked me in the guy when I get into a story that has so many amazing details and great writing, and then just.. stops. You get so invested in the story and imagine where it's going to go, then nothing. We're left hanging. I know it's been a while since this has even been updated, and life often gets in the way and changed things up drastically, but please, could you just consider giving it another try? It just seems like such a great story to just give up and abandon. I've seen it too many times and it sucks. Big time. Perhaps you could just post saying where you had planned for it to go? Maybe? Anyways, thanks for what you did put up, it was great while it lasted, and I can only hope for more in the future!

Argh! Why have you let this go? It's brilliant and intriguing and so much more compelling than most of the other fan fics. Is it complete somewhere else?

Crap. I got caught by another work in progress. Why the heck do you post these things? Am I supposed to wait ten years and then read the ending (having forgotten the beginning)? Am I supposed to wait ten years and reread the whole story? Am I supposed to keep track of the 5 million WIPS and constantly check for updates. Bullshit.
