This fic was amazing! You really captured Midnighter and Jack's voices. Your descriptions of Jack's citylink was fascinating and evocative. I also love how you captured his movements.

Midnighter was wonderfully written as well.

This is really good. I like your filling in the gaps of the protagonists' lives but what i really like is that you expand upon a relationship barely seen in the comics, how they work so well together and, that eternl favorite, the price of power.

Damn, that was worth the read. A conversation I wish we had seen in the comics. I love character moments far more that fights, the interactions between people...the best conversations always come in the middle of the night.
