Hm... I believe I see the hidden meaning behind this poem... A riddle, isn't it? Was having the last word worth dying for? Who truly won this battle, and was it a battle of "which race will last longest" or was it truly a battle of words? And of course if you look at it as a fable, then the meaning might be that 'Oft what you say has reprecussions." or even "Don't mess with bored Mazoku"? Many stories seem to have hidden meanings... but did I delve to far when I looked?
