Portrayed fine in my mind. I can see where you'd get such an idea from the game, but just so you know, that's not exactly the way it happened (not flaming, just informing you of the true background, here ;;). Sara Blight gave birth to Luca Blight soon after the marriage to Agares, which gladdened him greatly for having an heir. However, when the royal entourage was ambushed by Muse ruffians hired by Darrel of Muse, she was taken hostage and raped many times in front of her son, Luca who was ten. This event darkned Luca's soul eternally, and also brought the birth of Jillia. Sara died shortly after giving birth to Jillia. Jillia is, therefore, Luca's half sister. ; And the only one he would consider an equal due to the fact that she's a dead ringer for Sara! :D Hope that was informative!

I really liked this. I don't think you made him too crazy at all, because the man was no longer anything even close to normal. It was a really good story, and the reasoning behind Luca's sickness makes him a more understandable (and likeable) character. Your style was really perfect for this kind of a "revealing" character story.
