The trail you wove with the 'en' was very lovely, going as far back as Kenren. It's a curious idea: them being reincarnated as often as that, and though it doesn't follow Saiyuki's rule about 'a God banished will live out one more life as a human on earth before dieing,' it made for a very sweet conclusion.

But you've no idea how sad I am to see this story end.

The story was just fantastic. Your idea of inviting Jien was perfect! There were so many uplifting parts, I doubt I can name them all. I nearly burst a lung after the bouquet almost landed in Sanzo's lap. Also, I loved how thought the stories you very much upheld the Goku-Sanzo relationship of Boy and Keeper.

Jien's frantic state of trying to get to the church was wonderfully brotherly, and Gojyo's little stab at Jien's not having even a girlfriend was priceless.

A very adorable fluff-filled conclusion. I really liked it.

THE CHASE IS ON! And it's fantastic! Oh my god! You've got Kannon playing fairy godmother!? XD Brilliant! And I love how she called him Kenren. It really makes scene too. What else is she to do after their Journey West is over, but meddle in their love lives!? And it's all so very, very twisting! And the fact that Houran managed to stop Hakkai in his paces is truly something warranting respect. Love it, love it, LOVE IT!

Gojyo's abbreviated thought proses about stains was very funny.

Great chapter. I really like how you strengthen their bond over chapters. I forgot to mention it before, but the reverence to his leather jacket was a great touch in the other chapter, as was the remark about his left wrist in this one. Great detail.

Beautiful chapter. The bit the the Goddess was a prefect touch, and only made your story integrate all the better with the original plot (if that's at all possible).

Gojyo actually being in love is a wonderful idea, and you've made it an infinitely more wonderful reality. The two of them falling asleep together at the and was beautiful.

I LOVE IT! It's a fantastic chapter. The bit of discussion between Hakkai, Sanzo and Goku is funny as can be, and so very, very in character. Gojyo carrying her strait out of hell with a 'can I keep her?' was positively adorable and made my heart let out a silent 'squee!' Also, his talkinging to her while she slept was very lovely and warm, and certainly something I could imagine Gojyo doing. Hakkai finding them asleep and referring to Hakyuryuu camera was a perfect touch at the end. This chapter was fantastic.

She mustn't die! She mustn't! It was such a tender scene between them, and I really hope she doesn't die!

And not a moment too late did Houran re-enter the story. I was just about starting to wonder where she was when THIS chapter came along.
The scene with Gojyo was very powerful, what with their different bents, but mutual feelings. As I'd said before, fantastic story! You really make it seem like the sequel to Requiem.

Gojyo's lines were gold. I loved the comment about Sanzo wearing jeans XP, and his insults against the origami were fantastic. Also, the finishing line of 'confronting his errant ex-enthusiast' was prefect.

I love it that you added in a little about the Gaiden preincarnations! Wonderful chapter, and I rush to read more.

I'm so happy that you've written a story to these two. The idea of Houran being his 'en' as you call it is lovely! And his reaction to the Three Aspects' warning was very Gojyo-esqu. I'm very much enjoying the read!

Why do I find out about things so late? Four years old and I loved it. I wasn't sure if I would like it and I'm so glad I finished reading it. It was good to see that Gojyo found happiness and not everyone was hating him because he was a half-breed. I'm always happy when the guys get a happy ending. Thanks for sharing.
