Brilliantly done. I know I'm late to this particular party, but I know, as an author myself, that I couldn't let this go without a review.

Your writing style is enchanting. I can't describe it as anything else. And you've got the personalities down incredibly well. The story flowed naturally, and if there were any grammar or spelling issues, I didn't notice them. :-) Which ... is saying something, because I'm usually nitpicky.

Read this story awhile ago, easily my one of my favorite fics. You should make some sort of sequel to this however, the ending seemed a little abrupt!

This was an amazing story! But, I think it ended too soon because it was a flashback, so I thought it would flash back to the present. But overall, great work :)

Well ... if this really *is* the first "fan novel" in this genre, I guess I have you to blame for the annoyingly high number of stories in which Haruka is abused and Michiru gets to rescue her :(. I'm not a fan of that type of story myself-I don't find the "helpless victim" characterisation of Ten'ou Haruka to be even remotely convincing-but as the probable prototype of those stories this still managed to be quite entertaining. I do think it would have worked better as a couple of short stories though: one story in which Michiru first lays eyes on Haruka and ends up rescuing her, and then another story in which they actually meet and get to know each other. This one long story just starts to drag after a while, and the abrupt change in focus mid-way through makes it even harder to push through.

I reviewed this story (under a different pen name) seven years ago. I still read it a couple of times each year. As I get older, I tend to notice the flaws more (comes with being partly an editor by trade), but I still can honestly say this is my favorite Sailor Moon fanfic. I think it is you grasp of characterization that keeps me coming back to reread this again and again. It's all the little emotional nuances of a confusing time of life, of a budding relationship, of a future known yet not. It's the OCs that seem like they belong and aren't just shoehorned in. I just wish it had been continued. I can read this then dive into the S season and be just fine. This piece has become near canonical for me in that respect. So, once again, I thank you for taking a chunk of your life to create this, and by doing so, enriching mine,

I wanted to let you know that I remember this fic well, well enough that I could probably give a rather lengthy synopsis out of memory. I first read it when I was... 10? 11? I'm 18 now and am quite excited to find it again. I've loved this story for almost half my life and I think you did a great job. I still hope you'll do as you once said and write about them from life to death but I know what a job that would be and I don't expect it to ever happen. Thanks for this, though.

One of the best Michi/Ruka fics I have ever read. I loved how long and detailed this story was. I thought it was neat that Michi had so many siblings. I liked the interaction between Michi and Ruka's aunt. This story was one of the most unique one's I have read because of how you had so much of the story be from Michi's point of view. I loved how Michi and Ruka were caught on the couch when they finally became a couple. I hope you decide to write another michi/ruka fic. Just wanted to review so I could mark this as a favorite story and you as a favorite author.
