Um, this wasn't good but it wasn't as horrible as some of the crap that's on this site. One thing you've got to work on is grammar and punctuation. Also, the whole "using a full name" thing is confusing. Katie is short for Caitlyn (or rarely, Catherine), and so is Kat and Kate and Kates. Jack didn't call her by any full name, so why was she startled?

What I liked was that you did manage to make Oliver look nice by saying that he didn't want to be a rebound.
