I love this story, too! It's so sweet...and I love the way Kagome's mom has more depth than it seems. Most of the time 'Kyoko' seems so...out of it, but this gives her a good reason. Nice!

Good idea, a good story line, extreemly discriptive But ...(Ahh yes, knew it was cummin' didnt ya? ^-^)

Some of your facts are wrong: Inu's Mom was named Izayoi, she was dead long before he got pinned to the tree, and she was not a miko.

this is the best version i have ever read about why Kyoko (*is in love with that name*) allows Kagome to go to the Sengoku Jidai. i have read other versions (there arent that many, though, and many are inserts in other stories) but this story exceeds them all (by alot).

Wa!! That was so good! *sniff sniff* I did always kind of wonder if Kagome's mom was a bit of a skits. If i disapered and came back with a story about traveling through time and almost getting killed by a demon, my mother would put me in a mental institute. That was so great about Inuyasha's mom being in there to, though! It showed that she didn't just abandon him when he was younger, and loved him untill the day she died. Sometimes I wish that you did a parellel on the Inuyasha series.*sigh* You really are that good. *ponders* I wounder if you'll ever get this review... hum.
P.S. DYT is possibly the best story in existence!! Okay, i'll leave now.*sweat drop*

this was a really good one-shot! i always thought it strange that kag's mom just lets her through the well with a smile and everything. i mean, had it been my mom, she would have tied me up to my bedpost to keep me from going, but i guess this fic sorta, well... ya know... gave my struggling brain a reason for the quick ease.
