I love how you portray Draco and his thoughts. Your use of the lyrics is masterful, and the song choice is wonderful.

. . . *mouth hangs open in shock and amazement* . .woah! I dont actually know the song, but by looking at the lyrics I think they fit very well and are a big part of the writing. I think that you described everything that Draco was thinking, feeling and felt in the past extreemly well. I dont think I can put into words how (for lack of a better word):moving and good (yes, those were the est words I could come up with..) this is and has made me feel.
I saw this in Grey-Eyed Athena 's favourite stories list and that she mentioned your name in NMIL in the a/n. I looked at her review, and yes I agree that you can *see* (as she put it)draco, his memories of lucius, in the bar with the atmopshere that you created so well.
I really liked this and I think Im going to go and read the rest of your work now!

That was very interesting. a completely new side of draco and lucius i've never seen or heard of before. It's also possible... like it would explain why draco always got everything he wanted from home, yet never seemed like he belonged there... or something. Good story!

Well, I've had this listed in my favorites so long I thought it might be about time I reviewed it. You write very well; you are one of the best, most eloquent angst writers out there. This is my favorites of your works, I can actually *see* it happening. I can *see* Draco sitting there in the corner of this bar, by the window, with a light but steady rain outside, which you can hardly see because it's dark and the inside is lit, but Draco has his back turned on the light and he's looking out into the night, sipping his drink morosely. I can *see* Lucius's shade on the other side of the glass, looking in, hurting for his son but knowing he has to fight his own battles now, and knowing that he'll be all right eventually...it's a very evocative piece. There's something about your writing that's very inspirational. I've borrowed a couple of your ideas (and given credit every time), and I recommend you to anyone who either mentions like Lucius in my works, or who asks for good Lucius or Draco-fics. So do please keep writing and realize that there are people who like all your Harry Potter work and just don't review, even though we like getting reviews ourselves... Sorry! :)

ok, so I didn't read all your stories in one night, so I'll start now. This one is very sad, and very well written and just really good.

As good as ever. It could be a sequel to All's Hell that Ends Hell. I really don't know what to say to you anymore, I have used up all the words that say you're great. Maybe I should just review your fics with the word GREAT and nothing more. You may know what I really want to say, but I just can't find the words anymore, without repeating myself. So here it is: GREAT!

Very well-written. Poor Draco! And poor Lucius. Hardly anybody writes about Lucius as a good father, it's refreshing to see one that doesn't include abuse and other nastiness.
