Good story beginning!

Bravo! Nicely done. Each man got a turn under Lara's pov scope and it was interesting to read. I really like this. Wish I had watched the series now...Bummer. Oh, well, I'll just have to read more of your stuff... :P

Fathers had a right to sell their daughters into marriage or prostitution at this time period. Many people did think this was wrong and the Seven probably did but it was legal. Also Lara would need to be 21 years of age to e out from under her father's authority. Fathers could even enforce their sons stay with them until the son turned 21.

So far I love the story. I also love your idea. I havn't seen anyone else come up with the idea of having a girl meet the 7. It's awesome. You are doing and excellent job with detail and staying on track. Good luck :)
