wow, ok that was powerful. First person stories are hard to write well but you do an excellent job of crawling into the characters heads.

That was a great fic. One of the best POV fics I've ever read. I think you're a great writer. Poor Mutant X.

OH and so you know. I don't even know your Name of Science series. So theres at least one person who loves this fic and only this one! LOL

You captured Brennan perfectly, all that internal conflict and confusion about how he sees himself.

Hey - I love your first person stories.. and I really enjoyed this one. Please dont stop because you think noones reading - because we are!! Several people have already commented to me on your story - one of which prompted me to read it in the first place!
You might want to add a little more flesh to it perhaps... maybe a confrontation or two. For instance I would have thought Shal would have ripped into Jesse for causing Adam's situation, or that there would at least be some angst over Brennans simply taking over MX... but definately not a bad fic!I know how about a future fic, where we get to see how Brennan and the gang all made out in the end.. as a tribute to Adam say.

Don't worry, you've got readers out here! Nice character study...

You did a wonderful job of getting inside each of the characters' heads. Their 'voices' rang true, their attitudes match their personalities. You deftly handled a situation where there really IS no 'bad guy' (save Eckhart). Emma and Shalimar's somewhat mixed feelings about Jesse fit perfectly, and you even managed to make me feel bad for Brennan. Neatly done. Kudos.

This was an amazing piece written well in each characters POV. First person's story are cool with me but i don't know about n e 1 else here.

The emotions you've written fit perfectly with each charecter. Right down to Brennan's insecurities about filling Adam's shoes, and his self deprication with Shalimar. (was that right?)

As for your other story, I completey understand how not being in the mood to continue writting goes. I myself am stuck and am currently digressing for the moment.

Hope you find you muse, at the moment i have lost mine. Maybe there off somewhere plotting againts us writters. LOL.

Wow. When I read your first story it hit the heartstrings, but this one is so...necessary. You left us hanging with the last story, and yet that wouldve been enough to hold its own, but Im glad you didnt. Your description of the characters has always been good, but to read them describing each other... it pushes the reality of their situation home. I can't wait for Brennans POV now that hes the leader of MX - Jesses too, should prove very intriging. Nice take.
