I'm sorry to give constructive criticism, but I feel I've got to help when I can. You've got many dialogue errors. When a person is doing something not connected with the act of speaking, there shouldn't be a comma, either at the end or the beginning of that particular dialogue. For example (I'm quoting from your fic),

"I know… woman," Then Vegeta lowered voice until it was almost inaudible, except to Bulma's ears, "I love you… Bulma."

The usage is not correct. The correct punctuation is:

"I know… woman." Then Vegeta lowered voice until it was almost inaudible, except to Bulma's ears. "I love you… Bulma."

Of course, something like '"I know," said Vegeta' is also correct. Note the comma at the end of the dialogue.
