Lol, I loved it when Thranduil is like "As long as he isn't dead" when he can't think of any reason for Legolas to come back to Mirkwood. Very funny, though I was quite sad to see Glorfy leave.

Oh, what a wrap-up on a fabulous laugh-filled story. I squealed in delight when I saw the bot ringing that you'd put something new up. I devoured the last chapters whole.

Poor Elladan! He has to be a grown up now living life in mediocrity, possible becoming just like his father. I think all of us can sympathize. Especially when he is surrounded by the mediocre, slacker dregs that seem to make up his life. And those slacker dregs score higher marks at university! He's right! Life is not fair!

I must vault over to Rivendell 9 to 5 now. Thank you SO much for putting in the effort on this story! I will continue to read so long as you put out. I think you are a wonderful comic writer! My highest regards go to you.

I remember reading this a while back and thinking how brilliant it was and being devastated when the WIP status hit and I gave a long bellowing cry of NO.

Your chapters are always so amusing yet capture that banal student lifestyle in such a refreshing way.

Ironically, this entire chapter had me giggling because I was listening to NIGHTFALLS IN MIDDLE EARTH coincidentally while I was reading. It's a music cd that a rock band did, basically retelling the stories of the first to third age of middle earth... except in HARD CORE ROCK, and I can't help but find similarities and giggle helplessly. If you haven't heard, look it up on the net or try and find it somewhere because it proves to be endlessly amusing.

Your love columnist is perfectly cynical, and states everything we want to say to Elladan before bashing him over the head.

Can't help but notice how LONG AGO his was last updated so I must do my duty as your random interval reviewer to prod for another update *prods*. The world needs more of your sharp, witty humour or it shall wither and the mary sues will take over. You could be preventing heavy casualties and indirectly, world peace.

I found this on your site a few months ago and drove my husband and our best friend mad evangelizing it. (They're not Tolkien obsessed, but they try, to their credit.) Just the other day, I found that it had been updated (woo!) and--shame on me--made the mistake of reading it at my office and just so happened to be reading a really funny part and laughing out loud right as my boss walked by. Luckily, everyone around here knows I'm strange, so he probably didn't even notice, but note to readers who haven't started on poor Elladan's tale of woe and absurdity: Do not read this any place where laughing uproariously aloud will earn you an ill reputation.

I don't read a lot of LotR-based fanfics (I tend to be a Sil girl, myself), but this is one I will check on frequently. Please keep updating! This story is an example to all the non-funny humor writers out there and should be requisite reading before embarking on such a project.

Just wanted to say how much I love your whole Elladan's journal series. It deserves more attention because it's hilarious and the randomness is actually funny, unlike a lot of other so-called humor fics. Please continue writing this indefinitely.

The newest chapter is just as good as the others, and it's wonderful to have another chapter up for the holidays. However, it is a bit cruel to end things on Feb the 13, but then, i'm sure you're aware of that. Anyway, I can't wait for the next 'episode'.
