aw... please update soon, if possible. Amiboshi is very sweet and he hates to fight but he protects those he love and are dear to him, so in a way he's alot like Hotohori.

Wow. This is a *very* impressive piece of writing for many reasons.

For starters, your story title alone is one of the best and most appropriate that I've seen.

The plot is excellently rendered; contained enough for a one shot, yet covering a broad scope of emotions and information about the twins.

The characterizations are subtle, yet strong. Just the simple act of the brothers sharing some bread tells us a lot about their personalities.

Lastly, the descriptions. They're simple, but profound; the factual tone of the narrative serves to underscore the intense, dark nature of what is transpiring in the stable, and what is going on in the mind of the elder twin.

This is one of the best (if not the best)Amiboshi/Suboshi character studies I've ever read. I will also look forward to reading more stories by you. ^__^
