Beautiful. So many evocative phrases it's hard to pick out just one or two, but I loved this,

'While the frosted moon watches in secret rapture.'

You really have captured a sense of the cold, dark power of these creatures, and the last line, a triumph. Awesome!

*shakes head* No, you should stop pretending and start DOING more! This was atmospheric, eerie almost, and felt very desolate.

Besides, I'm in awe of anyone who can use the word "eldritch" without flinching. _ Loved it.
