Chibi of Many Names 2006-06-01 ch 1,	abuseI love this! American Pie is one of my favorite song and I tend to adore parodies. I do think some of you phrasing could use a little work. I.E. '...Dudley's giving knocks?' doesn't quite fit with the flow of the original. There were some other things. I suggest listening to the song and sing along using your lyrics. I helps a lot. looks around I gotta go before the evil furbies get here. TTFN.

It's hard to believe you got the entire book within the song, but you did. Kudos! You have an excellent touch with humor, and I definitely envy your ability to work with the lyrics of "American Pie" - you definitely beat Weird Al's (blame my brother...) Star Wars parody to the same tune, and he made money off of that... I did not like Cho in HP5- she was whiny and annoying and just liked Harry because he was a link to Cedric and the only one who "understood what she was going through" fake sob! Ugh! And I was devestated when Sirius died! If you read my reviews to Dumbledore's Inbox, you'll see how that was partly my fault due to an unusual rare curse I have. Sorry bout that. Anyway, this was a lovely song expressing the thoughts of many devoted Harry Potter fans. Keep writing PLEASE! Esp. the OOtP email series;)
