I must admit, I feel like a bit of a dork reviewing your story what, three and a half years since you last updated?
And it really doesn't help my case that I stayed up until 5am to finish reading it.
But I just thought I'd let you know, that I'm really in love with this story. A lot. And I think you did a splendid job writing it.

This whole story is so wonderful, but I just have to say, I loved how you described Irene's vision of Jean and Scott in the future in this chapter. It brought tears to my eyes. I adored Scott's reaction afterwards, how protective he was of Jean.

Please continue this story! I adore it. Scott and Jean are my favourite couple in the X-men universe. I love their interaction throughout this entire story.

Wow. I'm like so jealous right now. You are very talented. I wish I had found this fic before, but I was happy to stumble across it now. Even though my stupid computer logged me off after every chapter, I finally got to the end, and I'm happy I did. I like how Magneto is more powerful in this. He usually seems like such a pushover. I'm a JOTT hater. Really. One of the worst out there, probably. I simply *LOATHE* Scott and Jean together, and have for years.
I decided to give your fic a go simply to avoid all the ROMYs out there (yet another hated pairing) and, much to my grudging delight, found it to be quite an engaging read. Scott was portrayed in a much more likable light (loved his initial standoffish-ness and the way you described his 'snowboarding' look), and anything to to with Phoenix gets a stamp my approval. There were even some passages that had me thinking they were (gack!) *cute* together.
On that appalling note, I'll take my leave - though now that your plot's snagged my attention, I'll most likely be back. ;)
