You've got the basis of a really good HG fic here. One of the best I've seen in a while, but I think it needs work.
Do you have a beta? If not, I'd definitely look into it.
A lot of the problems are just grammatical, and spacing. But you could do with some further plot development too.
But don't give up, I'm really likeing this story. :)
