Lilandriss 4/13/12 . chapter 1Throw the book at them LOL! This fic was wonderful and made me smile. |
historian 8/21/06 . chapter 1Another great friendship fic. Most of what I wrote in the last review applies in this one. Stories like this are why I believe that, contrary to some fanfiction, the original Ranger's friendship while never be broken or fade away. (Your fic "Casting Stones", of course, deals with just such broken friendship, but you do it in a believable, realistic way).

EgonsBabe 3/5/05 . chapter 1 I like this one. Maybe cuz Billy is the main focus, hehehe. ;) |
Chris 12/2/03 . chapter 1 Hey I have read this story around three times now and I love this one as well. It seems like I say that about all your stories, but then again who wouldn't love your stories. Anyways I am doing a form of martial arts called Kempo and I am going for my first belt test in eight days. Besides that I thought it was very creative how you had Billy learn to fight. Also I enjoy this story so much and reread it so often because you go back to the original six, and you have the time frame before Kimberly and Tommy date. Yes I am addicted to thier relationship, I admit it (that and any story that has a Jason and Kat relationship as well). Anyways back to my point. There aren't many stories where Tommy was the Green Ranger at full power so I read any story that is set in that time line. I love how you show the attraction Tommy has for Kimberly when she talks about how she died her hair red, and there's the line of "but your hair is so pretty as it is." For some reason I am stuck on that scene and I have reread that part more then anything. So once again excellent story and this once again proves that you along with Cheryl Roberts are the most creative Power Ranger writers on the net today. |
Psycho Tangerine 11/11/03 . chapter 1Wow, one of your few non-romantic stories :)
This one had me thinking of Gardner's Theories of Multiple Intelligences. I just loved how they worked so hard to help Billy learn. Now THAT'S teamwork :)
(can you tell I went on a marathon reading of your stories this weekend?) |
Angel in Blue 12/28/01 . chapter 1 Concerning your note: Karate is the one thing most people use, not TKD. I think it would be confusing to kids who grew up with all of the Karate movies and shows.
As for your story, I loved it. It was a wonderful way to deminstrate the different learning processes. Billy does seem to be a visual (aka he reads and learns best by reading) learner and I assume that would be the best way.
Okay, I'll stop babbling now. Great story! |
Alan Wilkinson 1/18/01 . chapter 1Finally, a face I know from Jenga's. Nice to see you at ff.net, Dagmar. |
