Very, very good fic! Loads of events, loads of variation, and I like this competant-but-not-overbearing version of Anamarie.

The very first POTC fan fic that I ever read, a long time ago... and still one of my favorites!

This is one of the few fan fiction stories I actually enjoyed. Even though you ‘added’ your own voice to these characters you still kept a lot of their original ‘feel’ and that’s what really drew me in. Also the fact that you didn’t make Elizabeth into the evil witch lol

I only found this story after it was finished, but it was well worth the long hours reading it. I loved this story, there's so few out there that are able to have both Norrington and Jack together and keep them in-character, but you managed it perfectly.

Good story! Well-written, and it's obvious you did a fair amount of research to make it historically accurate. And nautically, and geographically, and militarily, and medically and so on. Good job!

How sad--people thinking Jack is dead! I like the little flashback to the part on the Interceptor during the movie -- nice touch.

Good story. I like the description of Jack being pelted with questions from all the little kids. I can just see that!

I read this in one sitting... and I absolutely LOVED it! Where has this story been hiding? It's tucked away beneath a pile of Jack/Yous, and Will/OCs that I am SO glad I found this jewel. You have an amazing writing talent, but you already knew that didn't you? I also liked the historical fiction. (Hey if you like hostrocial fiction, check out 1921, by Morgan Llywelyn)You have done an excellent job on this fic. I can't wait for the sequel... There WILL be a sequel right? RIGHT? (*prays for a sequel*) I couldgo on about how much I liked this but, everyone else has already stated my sentiments.
