Great story you have going, here! Very good.
However, I am slightly confused about one thing- the time period. I can ignore it easily, but it still seems kind of weird- I automatically placed it way in the past, what with kings, candles, balls, and the like, but then it'll say something about cigarettes and it'll throw me off.
Besides that, I wish to say that it's not often that I enter the Cowboy Bebop section here and manage to find a good story that I really want to read on the very first page- haha, thanks for updating when you did or I never would have found it ^_^

I really like the story plus i've always loved a Thousand and One Arabian Nights. But i think your title should be just Schehrezade, and you should include a summary.
