1)Have Tristan break up with the immortal Bakura and he tries to kill himself... multiple times, without much success.
2)Grandpa kills Rebecca (I think she's the most annoying characters they've come up with) in a very painful way... m... with a garbage truck!
3)Seto escapes from his room at some point and ends up singing christmas carols with someone, while Grandpa and Serenity stalks around the hospital trying to kill him for making their respective family members crazy about him.
4)The gang visits Kiaba and most end up getting themselves admitted to an insane-o ward...
5)I really can't think of much else! But maybe... a scene with Mokuba in an "Opra" situation or with a therapist.
End: I can just imagine one of the characters, at the very end of your fic, waking up drenched in sweat from the worst nightmare they've ever had in their lives... hehehe.
